Today I used the Bacon and beans muffins made yesterday  (See recipe here:

Muffins : Bacon, Pepper, Beans Baked Beans ) and banana muffins  (recipe here Banana bread /muffin )

I used a slice of Emmental rolled up and pinned down with a coloured pick, a tube of yogurt for dairy/proteins, bacon and beans muffins and banana muffin. Also added, one chocolate coated rice cake, seedless grapes and strawberries for the fruity option, green olives and peppers for the veggie. In the small containers are stashed walnuts and almonds and a small piece of dark chocolate.
